Chilli flakes ( Capsicum Annuum in Latin) are one of the most beautiful form of the hot spices Cristoph Colombus brought us.
It is widely used in East Anatolia and Mediterranian regions. Chilli flakes are condiment consisting of dried and crushed (not grounded )
red peppers which are cultivated in Southeast Anatolia, and mixed with vegetable oil and salt.
